Apparently February 22nd is National Margarita Day. I had no idea that such a day existed, but I’m a huge marg fan, so I’ll take it! We spent last weekend in Santa Barbara and there was a margarita on the menu at the Bacara Hotel that included thyme in the ingredient list – doesn’t that sounds interesting? I’m really wishing I had tried it! I’ll figure out a way to recreate it and will let you know how it is. 3/4oz lime juice
2oz blood orange juice
1/2oz agave syrup
